Outsurance recovery service, namely, "Moot" were friendly and helpful. Renier Schoeman remained with us at Pilditch stadium until car was picked up by Derek (surname not known to me). We had cell phone problems and Moot and staff at the workshop were considerate and assisted in contacting family and getting two old seventy plus folk home.

Yesterday when my Kombi just wouldn't start - I thought I lacked fuel and Outsurance arranged with MOOT Towing to assist me. A youngster, namely Renier Schoeman remained with my wife and I until the tow vehicle arrived and then took us to MOOT tow-in. All at Moot Tow in were very helpful and friendly which greatly assisted myself and wife who are in our seventies to feel we were being taken care of. My biggest problem when contacting Outsurance was that our cell phone's battery was giving the ghost and yet the operator at "OUT" namely, DINI MOGALE (HOTANE), assisted us until we were found. This notwithstanding a security guard ay Pilditch stadium now named Tshwane stadium who was very obtuse and did not want to let the tow truck into the stadium.

Dear Louis I broke down in the middle of Pretoria this afternoon(3-3-2014). As I am incurred with Out Surance, I phoned them and asked them to tow my vehicle in. They contacted Moot Towing. I was impressed to find a good service in this no service country. Rudie phoned me on a ongoing basis to keep me up to date with the progress of the truck that you despatches. Nelson arrived with a smile on his face, and being women on our own, he immediately made us feel at ease. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He was efficient in everything he did. In short he is a fantastic employee, and a very good ambassador for Moot Towing! Thank you very much!

Yesterday my wife and two children were travelling from Pretoria to Boksburg when our car broke down near Menlyn. I called Outsurance as I was stuck in traffic attempting to get to them to recover the car. They despatched a tow truck within seconds and kept me informed of the progress. The tow truck arrived whilst I was still stuck in traffic and nto having space for my whole family to sit I requested that he wait until I arrived, which he did. They then towed my vehicle at no charge all the way from Menlyn to Boksburg and delivered my car directly into my garage at home. This was fantastic service from Outsurance as well as their contractor Moot Towing. Thank you Outsurance staff especially Richard and Hendrik from Moot Towing, you guys really saved the day.

HAD 2 FLAT TYRES JUST BEFORE YOU GO IN TOWN CALLED OUTSURANCE FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE, THEY CALLED BE BACK IMMEDIATELY. Hiermee wil ek net baie, baie dankie se aan Darrel wat ons Saterdag oggend gehelp het om ons voertuig veilig by die huis te kry nadat dit gebreek het in Schoemanstraat. Darrel was nie net baie bevoeg in dit wat hy moes doen nie, maar het so wonderlike, menslikheid uitgestraal, en baie kalmte in goed gespanne mens teruggesit hy is sekerlik baie groot aanwins vir julle maatskappy. Sy gesindheid en vriendelikheid het die hele situasie soveel ligter gemaak. Ek sal Moot Towing met groot vrymoedigheid aanbeveel , en vir Darrel, baie dankie nogmaals. Goeie dag Ek is Ina Erasmus en wil net baie graag julle bedank vir die ongelooflike goeie diens wat ek Saterdag 21 Mei 2012 van julle ontvang het. Die wyse waarop julle my behandel het, gereeld deur die loop van die middag/aand geskakel het om te hoor of ek op ‘n veilige plek is, of my motor al gehaal is en toe ook nog die reëlings met my sonbril wat ek in die kar vergeet het. Beter diens en omgee kan mens nie kry nie. Spesiale dank aan Nicky wat met soveel sorg en omgee my kar kom haal het, en ook dat jy my sonbril veilig by Bosch & Seuns besorg het. Waardeer dit opreg. I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you for your assistance in towing my vehicle and also wish to specifically thank Nicky for his excellent help. He made what was a very frustrating and upsetting event much better with his friendly manner and can do attitude. I did not wait long at all and upon his arrival I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner and he explained everything to me which I really appreciated. At all times he was most polite and helpful. He looked after my car as if it was a prize possession and even helped with pushing it into the parking space. There are not many people these days who are prepared to go the extra mile, but Nicky certainly did! Please convey my thanks to him.

I would just like to commend your great service on Friday night, October 9th when you responded to my breakdown on the R 21 South. Fortunately my Integrisure Insurance through Sanlam was able to connect me with Europ Assistance who set up the towing service. Being stranded with an overheated and immobilised car at night especially with the construction on this highway section was quite worrying. I was impressed that your truck with Blackie was on site within 20 minutes he estimatted to get to me. Having a 4X4 automatic meant that i needed a flat bed truck and the trip home was safely executed to my wife's relief. Blackie also helped me with getting my car into my driveway. Thanks for the prompt and efficient service from Moot Towing. I would recommend your service to any motorist in a similar situation.
